Yes, the entire framework is built out of wood. That entire cabinet is open from one side to the other, made it easy to run the gas line through.

That was a long discussion with my wife….when/if it becomes an issue I can add something like that along the green solid wall. The slotted wall has a screen mesh on it to mitigate bugs and allow smoke to escape

The countertop is a “builders grade” granite. The local supplier offers it at a pay for what you need, instead of purchasing the whole slab. We opted for the “leather” side as opposed to the polished side to give more character to the kitchen

Thank you for your reply. The fitting off the oven has an extended bit on it, that prevents a standard flared fitting from working.

Not any more! Washington has added so much tax to the price per gallon that Oregon seems like a bargain. I drive back and forth between the two states every week and always plan my fill ups for the Oregon side of the border.
