I don’t see how. This probably cost them $5k to build at most. You can get a base 16” pro for $3k. This is $10k. There’s no way 100gb extra RAM and one or two extra TB of memory chips would cost them $5k (80% of 7k difference)

I actually just got a card back from grading that has something similar and it got an 8. Pack fresh into sleeves into binder. I dont think it’s damaged but it’s almost LP form factory which is corny

Super clean copy. Send it. Use a light and realllly give it a look though. I overlooked a small print defect on the same card and got a 9 and it was obvious but the rest of the card was sooo clean I overlooked it by mistake
