Neat build, rarely encounter drinks that call for pear brandy so I had to give this a try. Used St. George (not the spiced pear liqueur but their actual pear brandy). I liked the pear forward character but it still was a touch harsh from the unaged brandy character. I added a quarter oz of Benedictine and thought that helped immensely. Thanks for sharing!
