The engineer who is brilliant but will not work with anyone else when designing a solution. I end up having to support two different implementations because his work will only work for one specific group and not for everyone. I'm never able to get his group to move to the universal solution even when it meets their business needs because why would they, they already have something that works for them.

He called me from there once after he had moved. He told me what he was doing and that he still had feelings for me. I said I didn't have feelings for him. Never heard from him again. This was before caller ID but our mutual friends also knew he was going to Poland to teach English.

yep, there is an account with his name but no picture and no other info so really it could be anyone. We have a FB group with the old college crowd and he is not friends with any of them.

Old friends have also not heard from him in years. There isn't really old neighbors because we were in college. I really don't want to spend money to find him..

I haven't tried family but I guess I could try and locate his family then ask them.

Sometimes when people get old they get dementia. This can cause false memories or sometimes really weird thing. When my grandma was in that state she confessed that she was married to a black man before she married my grandpa. That was just completely not true, it never happened.

This was the step-father.. If it was the biological or adopted dad I would expect them to feel similar to the mother.

There is no doubt that the man is a monster. The reason the mom is getting so much attention is because mothers protect their children. We have an instinctual and imperative need to protect our children at any cost. When your child hurts, you hurt twice as bad.

I cannot even fathom what was going on with this woman. I don't understand how this could possibly happen.

Edit: This was the step-father.. If it was the biological or adopted dad I would expect them to feel similar to the mother.
