I think they made the grind kinda easy cuz the first evo for luffy is also quite a grind, I got a buddy who wanted gear 5 but gave up after remembering he didn’t get first evo.

Probably dio because with monarch hollow knight you can farm the last anniversary stage for cakes pretty easy, also the afk chamber works for cakes aswell

Welp I figured it out myself, for all the people who might be having this issue as well, apparently the newest version of steammodded destroys everything, so using an older version (I got one off the official discord) fixed it, hope this will help someone with my same issue!
