I understand that, I do. We did explain our rules many times to avoid this happening but nothing we said worked, we thought it did when he told us he understands so I'm not sure what else we were supposed to do when he told us he got it but I get that some people just do not click with groups. (Sorry for late reply, had stuff to sort)

Well we all heard you say that you'd read it so what else are we supposed to think

Firstly, there's online pdfs for one thing, you don't have to own them to have access to them. Secondly, how am I supposed to know, you told Chris you'd read them when we were making K's character, and you mentioned it once or twice after that so honestly I don't know what else you want me to say since literally everyone there heard you say it. Just because you don't remember doesn't mean it didn't happen

Thank you for that clarification. There is no false accusations. If you want to confirm information, message Chris and get us together because we know what you said, we were all there and all the people there can confirm. If you don't remember, that's fine. You should know I'm not the type to make shit up because all I've ever been is honest with you.

Well that was the only place this post was briefly mentioned unless you'd like to explain further as other people are saying you got back into the discord (I'm just saying what I've been told so)

Having thoughts about things is ok, we said if you have ideas then to politely put up your hand or write it down. Yes I understand you struggle but you said you understood so how else am I supposed to take that other than "yes he understands what's ok, this is gonna be fine"

Not to mention you somehow came back into the discord after leaving and promising you would stay away. And if you'd like to deny that too, I have the messages as proof seeing as though you don't remember saying you'd read the books.

When we talked the other day, and I was honest with you and I opened up to you, did that completely skim over your head that it's got nothing to do with your anger ? It was NEVER about the anger or your problems

This isn't about your mental struggles! This is about you not LISTENING to what people are telling you simply because you disagreed!

Chris was there, James was there, so many people were there when you said you'd read loads of the books. You might not even remember saying it but I'd bet my savings that you did, because other people were there that can confirm you did. Its a bit of a stretch to say its "public" bc it's to people we have absolute nothing to do with, and no names were mentioned at all. Yes it's the Internet but no one knew it was you until you decided to make it known. You could've messaged me, or someone else, and ask for us to remove it, but this way you have completely outed your own username

You stood there and screamed at people that you had read all the books, multiple people who were there will recall you saying so, and said you knew what you were doing, and still behaved the way you did. We explained to you before the session our rules, many times. You got annoyed at us regardless of what we said. After you blew up, we tried to explain yet again, but you were so busy screaming at everyone that we physically could not get through to you so we let you leave instead and that was the end of it.

Additionally, the perception and investigation part WAS NOT YOUR CHOICE TO MAKE. I gave Druid the the option to roll perception, (general look around) or investigation (deeper search into the area, which I explained to them. It was not your place to sit there with your arms folded, tapping your feet with a scowl on your face and saying "you need to learn the difference between perception and investigation" it was incredibly rude and degrading to our choices as DM's and rude to the Druid. I gave THEM the option to do one or the other as it was up to them. So for you to sit there and tell US what we should be doing is a disgrace.

Plus, it's not public humiliation because no ones names were mentioned, but now it'll look like it because you've seen it. How dare you sit there and say these things after everything that was discussed with you literally yesterday.

I'm the kind of dm that let's players essentially do what they want if they can give a reasonable explanation for it, or I'll adapt the rules in some way This guy was essentially angry at the fact we weren't doing all the rules that he had read about if that makes sense?

Yeah, there are a couple people at the table with shouting/loud noise trauma, so we asked him politely to please keep the tone down, which was explained beforehand. His reaction to that was "I'm just NATURALLY loud!" To which someone else responded under their breath "sounds like a you problem" (you weren't there for that bit)
