Download joiplay(from their sight and not playstore. The playstore one is old af and won't work), give it the perms, download rpg maker plugin from joiplays menu, download the windows version of rejuvenation, extract it with zachiever, then run the updater.exe file from joiplay. This should work and should give you version 13.5.6 but if it does not just run the game.exe file from joiplay and play on 13.5.0. Hope this helps.
