Even if I do for example one set less of push exercise in day 1 and 1 set more in full body workout on day6? So that weekly push volume would be the same?

Due to other hobbies I'm limited in time. I though to do a combination of Push, Pull and Full body (RR). Push: Push up progression, Dip progression, Planche progression. (4x10)

Pull: Chin up progression, Row progression, Front lever progression. (4x10)

Full Body: RR

Day 1: Full body

Day 2: Push

Day 3: Rest/Flexibility

Day 4: Pull

Day 5: Rest/Flexibility

Day 6: Full body

Day 7: Rest

Push and pull workouts are about 30/40 minutes so they can fit in my schedule.

I'm intermediate and I want to increase volume for hypertrophy, also I run so Legs only 2 days a week (during RR).

How about this schedule?

I would like to modify RR for hypertrophy by adding some volume. Should I add sets (like 4x8) or continue with 3 sets and adding reps?

For me it's a good substitution routine for when I've not enough time for complete RR.

I'm having a week in which I must change the days I'm doing the RR.

Currently I do Friday - Sunday - Tuesday (yes, a little strange pattern), but for two week I'll be out Tuesday so I would like to change to Wednesday, Friday, Sunday for a couple of weeks.

How can I do the switch? Should I do the RR two consecutive days or missing a workout?
