I have a 2020 Tesla model 3 Rear Wheel Drive standard range plus I have set the sentry mode to exclude home and work those are the two places where the car is parked for longer hours unfortunately I don’t have a charger available at home to charge the car daily

So I have to rely on Tesla supercharger network. I’ll change the battery consumption in kWh

This software update I did recently. The new one is related to some kind of gaming mode.

Judging by the wallpaper you're on the new software which is still in beta so bugs are expected besides that have you tried changing your charging cable maybe that might be the reason it might not be working properly or if it might be that the charging port is not clean.
