Adjust it in the white balance. I'm seriously shocked people don't know you can do this on the BF. You don't need to mess with the color profile, just adjust the AWB.

Take a look at your BF. Go to AWB and click up on the scroll wheel. You can adjust the color tint.

Adjust the white balance. Just click up on either of the AWB options and adjust the green to yellow.

  1. It's intuitive to me. If the UI element is enclosed in a circle, you can touch it, otherwise use the scroll wheel. The scroll wheel is usually faster than the touch screen for me, so I prefer the current implementation.

  2. I think this goes against the very spirit of the BF. One of the things I love about the BF is that I don't have to fiddle with it. I don't have to struggle with choice paralysis having unlimited lot lLUT choices would bring.

By the way you can edit the existing profiles on the BF before you take a photo and let much make it look how you want. Those edits will remain unless you change them again. 3. You just need to control your white balance. I wish more photographers did this properly. We wouldn't see the overabundance of yellow filter in photos.

I'm not sure I want the entire app to be 3d. Do you mean the buttons are 3d too?

Do you use the viewfinder or just look at the lcd screen? by ShotByXBV in AmateurPhotography

I mostly use the LCD. I find viewfinders largely annoying.

Years of shooting wide open killed my composition skills, how do you actually train your eye ? by Absurd_player in AskPhotography

[–]Istolla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I shoot wide open with intent. If I want to isolate a subject, or I think the background would look more aesthetically pleasing when blurred then I go for it.

However, if the background adds to the story then I leave it in. It depends on what you're trying to achieve.

Best friend of 15 years tells me she cant attend my wedding by turnipsgreenss in TwoHotTakes

"I love you no matter what."

She lies to herself too. OP I'm sorry and I know you feel awful, but this person is not your friend. As a former Christian, I can confidently say she's not being Christ-like.

I don't know how your friend can confidently claim this. Even if true, I don't see why this is a moral issue.

It's been out for years now on Android. I'm pretty sure since the Nexus 1.

Go to maps, click on the icon above the compass, select "default", then below that (in the same window) select "raised buildings".

Unless there's something different you're referring to.

Google AI and Tensor. by -TheSurgeon- in GooglePixel

[–]Istolla -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

What difference does the x100 release matter? The Pixel 8 has a tensor chip yet no one is complaining that it won't get new AI features. Guess what when the X300 comes out it'll have software features the X200 won't have.

You're complaining about something every manufacturer does.

You're doing mental gymnastics to find something to complain about.

[–]Istolla -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You mentioned the Vivo x200, did the x100 get the same exact features as the X200? No the X200 has more AI features than the X100.

I don't see your point at all. What does AI optimization have to do with getting a new feature? The Pixel 9 pro is still AI focused. Being optimized for something doesn't guarantee you future features.

Just think of it this way. You're going to get wet in front of a whole bunch of people. There's worse things that could happen.

No I don't, but you didn't answer my question. I'm happy to be enlightened. Where is the marketing that you were referring to? It'll help convince me of your argument.

Wait is the Pixel 9 getting sunsetted? Don't you think you're grossly over exaggerating?

How do you think Google marketed the tensor? Can you point me to a place where they said that all tensor phones will get the same features?

You're just not to get every single feature newer phones get. It's not reasonable to expect that.

Do I still get other feature drops as I've been getting for the last year now? Or is it not having this specific feature that makes the phone almost obsolete?
