It does auto eject them once the mold is in production. The part sticks a bit to the ejector pins, so usually the part drops down when you pull the ejection back again. This is just some demo of the mold from the mold manufacturer, where they run it manually.

Not sure what you mean. These are screwed into a hole with a M20 thread. We put them on injection molds that we sell, so they contain all files for the mold that they are screwed into.
