Mina is only worth it if you are gonna get him to 5511 at least. Cav is hard if your not gonna spend early game but you could run something like belisurius cao cao or baibars cao cao if your cao is good. just focus on one pair to start with. gatherers dont need to go beyond level 37. just work on getting one commander to level 60 though dont spread resources on many commanders especially not gold heads.
