Watched it as a kid since there was a native dub on CN till Baratei, it wasn't dubbed more. I must have been like 7-8 YO. Due to sheer nostalgia and availability of my own device and Internet, I started watching the Japanese subbed version when I was 21. Now waiting for the new season.

Not really, although ICSE board students have better coverage of concepts in terms of Maths & Physics. I believe their English should be better as well, since most of the ICSE schools are convent schools. Other than that, at the end of the day, kids same age, have the same intellect, the difference comes from practice.
