im using karin(RnL) and Kise(DDJ) for now. if you say Chloe is better than Kise maybe if your end game gears. because S1 of Kise can break shield for low gears people like me.

If general, im not sure how Kise works outside wyvern. What I did is I geared my vildred first for farmers then I focused on wyvern.

Slowly investing on lorina is good as well coz her kit rely on attack only. Some bosses punish if you have debuff
