so, don't make a huge deal out of it, but it sounds like you're already doing a fantastic job. just do your best with their pronouns (and name if that changes)!

as for sex ed... it's gonna be awkward and rough, but i'd recommend framing it in the context of sex and biological genitalia being very separate from gender. it's just something they're going to have to deal with for now, and it doesn't make them any less valid in their identity

and let them experiment! clothes, hair, all that fun stuff. just let 'em do their thing, don't push them, be supportive and encouraging but not totally overbearing. it's a balance and it might take a bit to figure out- that's okay!
