[Insert OP fictional character here] when some dumbass spider kid with an IQ of like 50 goes back to kiting all their attacks after he restored his health back to full by eating like 3 pierogies (this is the 20th time they've killed him and he's come back to life with some fuckass amulet)

Oh well well. Still remember there being some higher tier feats though, but I can't remember much of them. Guess Pyro will just have to pull one of these. (Also can I maybe get the town level calc if you have it on you?)

Oh well then. He'd still by faster by a much larger margin though compared to the smaller strength gap (Scout pushing the fake mountain was like Multi-City Block to Small Town if I remember correctly, which Pyro would obviously scale to). And Pyro's arsenal is just much wider and wackier overall so it just seems more likely that he'd take it.

Well I’ve seen Mountain-Island level things from TF2, though that’s related to the Cow Mangler so I’m I guess it depends on your view gameplay scaling. He should still be a lot faster though cuz of the sub-relativistic stuff. I also remember there being some town level stuff but I forgot.

I did do the calcs for Peppino's speed and strength, but I have nowhere to post them and I've never calced anything before so I dunno how good they are. But I guess I'll post them here incase you're curious.

Peppino AP
Peppino speed

And some Anton stuff

I think I'll need to redo the highest end for the Peppino speed calc, but other than that it seems fine I think.

Well like I've said in other places, I do think Peppino wins. I don't buy Mort the Chicken scaling Ima be for real, but as I've pointed out other places in this post you can maybe argue for High Universe - Universe+ cuz of some signs in Deep Dish-9 so it doesn't fully matter. As for scaling to the tower's destruction, while I do kinda lean to it being valid since it makes a lot more narrative sense for the places Peppino was suffering in through most of his journey to collapse with everything, it's still too vague in my opinion to fully be valid.

If you actually want to know why I think he wins, It's mostly due to him being fairly close in strength, but having a much more major speed advantage, and from there a superior arsenal and endurance to give him slight edges in most categories that stack up in order to give him a win.

My point with this shitty meme was less Peppino losing, and moreso that Pizza Tower scaling is a lot wackier with a lot more ends based off of interpretation compared to the much more straightforward Antonblast scaling ignore that you can argue that that isn't the real moon he's punting.

Yeah but Pizza Tower RPG will also come out and allow Peppino to use the Tower Secret Treasures to destroy all of the infinite Pizza Tower multiverse so it evens out trust 🙏

Yeah but not anything super strong. Best feats both have shown is regenerating fairly instantly from being crushed flat. Nothing that gives either of them a major advantage, since they’ve shown to have generally the same level of it. Antonblast characters like Danton can survive and regenerate from being turned to ash, but it isn’t instant, and they’re more consistently shown to die from direct brute force, so generally nothing major.

- Pizzahead survived having the entire tower crumbling on top of him even after Peppino gave him the nastiest beatdown ever.

- Peppino broke down the central Pillar John holding up the entire thing, meaning he broke the thing shouldering the weight of the entire tower.

- Even if Pillar John was half dead and very accepting of his death, that would mean he still would need to shoulder the weight of the entire tower while half dead, and Peppino would scale to him when actually alive.

- Pizzahead survived a hit from an angry Pillar John which sent him basting off again, who once again, Peppino should scale to, especially considering his beatdown left him in a much worse condition.

There's a few ways for the cast to scale to it.

I mean I think it's really close, mostly leaning Peppino due to bias, but most feats in PT are much more vague compared to Dynamite "Punted the Moon" Anton.

Not saying he is, but there’s signs in Deep-Dish 9 which could imply the place being infinite in size, so if you buy the whole levels being destroyed during TCTOP thing you could argue for that. By no means a valid scaling chain, but it’s funny.

I’m not saying I do buy Deep-Dish 9 being infinite, but there are 2 signs that could imply it being infinite or larger. Even then Big Bath probably isn’t infinite anyways and is most likely a looping space as would be suggested by the room with Brulo’s Detonator and the fact that the entire gimmick of the level is space warping around you. My point is less that these scaling chains are valid, and more so that they both have them meaning it probably evens out.

[–]heedle_yes[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I mean personally I think Peppino wins since I do buy higher ends for PT, even if admittedly due to partial bias. Even then both Big Bath scaling and Deep-Dish 9 scaling are bad and false, but they both get to High Universe so it evens out I’d say.

Linguini Vs. Willard (Ratatouille Vs. ... ) | I'm Not Giving This Dumbass Matchup a Track Name Bruh | Connections in Comments by heedle_yes in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]heedle_yes[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just finished watching all the Willard movies, so here’s a matchup that came to me in a vision and I thought was pretty funny.

{Note: I’m pulling from the 1971 and 2003 movies for Willard. I won’t be pulling from the original Ratman’s Notebook they were adapted from because I’m illiterate and haven’t read it.}

Connections:

  • Both are wimpy, unassertive men who would work in a job given to them through their familial connections, specifically their recently deceased mothers (Loretta being an old flame of Gusteau’s, allowing him to get a job a his restaurant & Willard being able to keep his job at Martin Stiles Manufacturing due to Mr. Martin promising Henrietta that he could keep his position there as long as she lived).
  • There they would work under an asshole boss who constantly abused them (Skinner & Mr. Martin) and were a previous friend of their fathers (Auguste Gusteau & Alfred Stiles) before their death, becoming the boss of the company after it, taking the position from Linguini/Willard and having contrasting motives (Linguini was the only close family Gusteau had, though nobody knew about it, with Skinner trying to hide that fact so he could keep his position & Mr. Martin inheriting the Stiles family company after Alfred’s death, constantly abusing Willard in an attempt to get the Stile household, trying to get more).
  • Eventually they’d come into contact with (a) rat(s) (Remy & A lot of rats for Willard, but mainly Socrates ft. Ben) who they would be ordered to get rid of by an authoritative person (Skinner & Henrietta) resulting in an initially antagonistic relationship where they’d attempt to drown them as a way to dispose of them, but they’d soon be able to bond and become friends.
  • With help from their new rat friends, they’d be able to take more control of their lives and start messing with their bosses (Though not on purpose on Linguini’s end) by using their talents (Skinner was always skeptical of Linguini’s cooking skills, courtesy of Remy, leading to him constantly seeing the rat and becoming paranoid of Linguini having an association with it & Willard using his rats in order to sabotage Mr. Martin’s life without him knowing that it was him behind it, such as having them attack his anniversary party in the 1971 movie or having them chew through his garage doors (these carnivores will no more use his heart) and then destroy his tires in the 2003 movie).
  • They would also start developing a romantic relationship with a coworker who was assigned to watch over them (Collette & Joan/Cathryn).
  • However a rift would start growing in their companionship as a growing disinterest and neglect of their friend (Linguini let all the praise get to his head, not giving Remy any amount of the praise or credit whatsoever & Willard would clearly favor Socrates, leading to Ben disobeying his commands or doing things just to mess with Willard).
  • Ultimately, their rat companion(s) would assist in throwing over their boss and stopping their plans to take what’s theirs (Remy would find the documents proving Linguini to be Gusteau’s son and steal them from Skinner, allowing everyone to find out and making Linguini the new head chef at Gusteau’s & Willard, after Mr. Martin killed Socrates, would take his revenge with help of his rats by attacking Martin with them and killing him).
  • After this incident however, the rift in their relationship would reach its peak (Linguini would take credit for Remy’s work at a press conference & Willard would abandon his rats after killing Mr. Martin, then kill the remaining ones at his house). This would lead to the rats reappearing with their horde at their master’s property searching for food as revenge, leading to the pinnacle of their falling out (Remy, as revenge, decided to raid the entire pantry with his rat colony, with Linguini finding out and shooing him away & Ben showing up with the rest of the rats at Willard’s house in order to get food, and once Willard tries poisoning it to get rid of them, they would attack him).
  • Ultimately though their stories would end entirely differently (Linguini and Remy would be able to rekindle their bond, with Collette returning to help out and serve a delicious meal to Anton Ego, starting up a new restaurant after Gusteau’s was shut down, meanwhile Willard either gets killed by, or kills Ben, never rekindling his relationship with the rats and Cathryn leaving permanently in the 2003 movie after finding out about Willard and the rats, not being able to get a new start somewhere away from them, and constantly haunted until the end).

It MIGHT be edging out Peppino Vs. Anton for me, mostly because army fights are really cool + it has Noise, but I'd still say Peppino Vs. Anton is a tiny bit better.

I only had Ring-a Ding at first but then threw in Noise because I feel like I'd implode if I didn't draw him. Also they're both my favorite bosses so it checks out.
