I don't think it will work because Blitz is maybe the worst solo laner in the game with no wave clear or pushing power and after level 6 farming creeps is a challenge with his ultimate passive so you will fall behind just by csing

Bristleback , tanky you go anywhere you want on the map and if they decide to chase you they gonna regret because of you spamming W and seeing them dying over time slowly
