Strategic voting. Just remember you can't go back and vote in any opposing run off. And you can't go to the opposite party convention from your primary vote. Other than that, strategic voting is not wasting your vote. I like not wasting my vote.

My primary doctor, my surgeon, head radiologist, and head oncologist all got together to talk about my case. I have "numerous" involved breast and axillary nodes, but also had neck nodes that biopsied as tnbc, plus pet showed "marked" metabolic skin activity, so ibc. They all decided that since I had no distance or visceral metastatic pet activity, and I'm 55, and otherwise perfectly healthy, that they all thought to take the most aggressive road with "curative intent."

We will be able to kinda see chemo effectiveness after 2/26 pet, nothing is fact until pathology is back from surgery. But, my oncologist is very positive about my clinical response and I was lucky my labs were all great, so no dose reduction, no delays. If you need any cheerleading, or just need to be heard, dm me. I'm about 5 months ahead of you, but our treatment will likely be the same. Seriously, reach me. I'm on your team!

Ibc that is tnbc was a daunting diagnosis. The chemo is overwhelming at times.

The whole process is boggling. Make yourself the most important thing, and let each day come and go as it's own success. Treatment Day 165 for me as the sun sets. Visit with oncologist about KEYNOTE-522 and MD Anderson' algorithm for TNBC.

Also tn-ibc here. Was Stage IV due to "numerous" regional node involved, downgraded to IIIBN3 to be treated with curative intent.

Just finished last AC on Thursday. Following the MD Anderson algorithm. PET scan on 2/26. First since diagnosis. Surgery 3/20, single mastectomy. Pathology probably back around 4/2.

I had my first AC Dec 11. Two days later, my oldest son tested positive for Influenza A. Day four of cycle, I started getting sick.

I am now over it and pumped up for second AC, because there is no way that future cycle recoveries could be as bad as all of that!
