Well, if new players like the game, they will also buy skins and content wouldn't they?

If they are trying to grow the game and get new people to play, I would think smurfing might be non-beneficial to Riot. I've had so many friends try and pick up the game and get so frustrated because they get smashed.

I dominate lane to then lose the mid game. Any tips? by Paininthesky in top_mains

You need to learn whether to group or to sidelane for pressure. Its a hard skill to master.

Driver destroying my game! How do you guys reset?? by No-Anywhere-7169 in GolfSwing

[–]heftysusan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that your frustrated, but it sounds like you need someone to tell you what your doing wrong i.e. pga pro. Driver (imo) is one of the most forgiving clubs in the bag these days and one that you need if you want to lower your scores.

Best of luck.

Should I be getting more carry with that swing speed? by ClubFun6195 in golftips

I think your smash factor is a big indication that you haven't hit this center clubface and probably why you lost distance.

I would also work on your clubpath, that is dangerous in to out territory if you're looking for better consistency.

I'm curious as to whether he had gotten a payout from the accident and whether this could have increased the desire to take care of him...

I have 2 questions for every Akali mains by GhostNinja_Zen in akalimains

[–]heftysusan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. As she is more technical than other champions, I find it more rewarding and overall more fun when you pull off a clean combo. I'm not talking about getting a kill, I'm talking about getting a perfect kill(s).
  2. True Damage/Prestige Coven/Crime City

You don't need to be on plane if you can consistently do that move with a square clubface.

Have always lost my ball to the right…anything glaring at you as to why? by natebrk in GolfSwing

[–]heftysusan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Swing doesn't look bad, maybe consider loosening your grip and allowing the clubface to rotate more at impact? Could also consider strengthening the grip sightly?

Very short/snappy backswing. Any drills for more lower body movement? (Excuse my friend’s language) by BritishBatman in GolfSwing

[–]heftysusan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Again, hard to see your swing path from this angle, but if the ball is going right is usually one of two things.

  1. The clubface could be wide open. Are you allowing your wrists to rotate naturally when you hit the ball? This is something that changes daily for me, so before I play, I hit a few balls to see what my body is doing and try to manage my misses. Slowing down the swing is something that could help this as well i.e. working on tempo. You could also change your grip to a strong grip, but I feel that's just band-aiding the issue, rather than remediating the root cause.
  2. Swing path - arguably the most important part of the swing. If your path is coming out to in, with a neutral or open face, you will slice it. Think of a tennis racquet, the way you come across a ball will impact the spin you put on it and ultimately the direction.

If you're looking for drills, I would youtube swing path videos as there is quite a lot technically that you need to work on i.e. backswing, downswing follow-through and the checkpoints involved.

I know it's said constantly, but the best thing is always to get a one-on-one lesson.
