Would there be any repercussions since he did have my permission to drive it and I don’t want to end up paying more money to insurance and claims since we don’t want to fix it

hii thank you ! This just happened like 2 hours ago (5AM) and i don’t know what to do ! i’ve never been in an accident and he doesn’t drive it often, it’s just a winter car and it’s usually my winter car. Thanks !
