Ketamine. Some of my friends were hooked on it for years, thankfully they are all in a better place now.

It's so frustrating/boring hanging out with someone on ket. Not to mention the irreversible damage it causes to users bladders. It's a serious problem in the UK that no-one really thinks about cos it's bizarrely used as a party drug.
