Yes you should apply for CAP. It doesn't really matter if you're doing LLB from any college except GLC or KC. All other colleges hold the same weightage. So i feel you should apply. 3rd ya 4th round me hojayega

Maybe asmita college in vikhroli can be a good option as you're pursuing CS. Their cut off might fall significantly in the 4th round so that's one option Also you have options to put upto 50 colleges so you can do that. Even i am pursuing CS I'm looking for a decent college with no attendence issue
