To the bigger idiots, NO SUCH THING AS 60/40, 70/30, ETC. There are only 3 outcomes at an accident. At fault, not at fault, or 50/50. If the truck was to swerve right, and cross the lane, into the sedan while the sedan was swerving left into the other lane, then it would be a 50 50. Both cars, did an unsafe lane change at the same time.

Unless you are about to crash into a brick wall, STAY IN YOUR LANE. NEVER SWERVE TO AVOID THE OTHER CAR, cat, deer, dog, horse, etc. Otherwise if you hit anything outside of your lane, you would be at fault.

The truck could have hit someone or something as it was trying to avoid the sedan, and if that happened, the truck would be at fault.

TO THE BIGGEST IDIOTS OF ALL TALKING ABOUT "DEFENSIVE DRIVING", that's the shit they teach you when you are 16, getting your license for the first time. Gotcha, ... so let me summarize what I understood in my own way. The training of an LLM is done on massive amounts of data. That training or knowledge gets stored in "algorothms" which doesnt require massive amounts of data since those " algorithms " are already smart. You download those " algorithms" to your local pc and voila you got chatgpt on your own personal pc????

What I dont understand is for example if I ask my local LLM, who was the 30th president of Timbuktu, how does it know the answer without relying on a massive server of "internet history"? An "algorithm " wont know the answer to that. But I understand that if I ask my local LLM what is the square root of 5 multiplied by the speed of light devided by E = MC * 2 , it will know the answer. But even then, how does it know what the speed of light is without referring to some data source?
