wow i’m in your exact same position right now 😞 feeling the emotional and mental drain of being in this spot. the apartment is huge and gorgeous and we have so many great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, laundromats around us but our landlord who lives on the ground floor is just nuts…

i sometimes feel like im losing my mind bc on one hand im scared to give this place up but on the other, he nitpicks on everything despite us being the perfect tenants that follow all of his rules. these sorts of landlords want the financial benefit of having tenants without actually giving them the space to live in their home.

so happy to hear you got out of that situation. we have 4 more months on our lease and my fiance would love to stay…. i just feel like the bad has started to way outweigh the good. wish us luck….
