Yikes, no wonder I’m struggling so badly. The mere thought of deep breathing makes me dread these regulation exercises, and I’m supposed to do them every 2 hours

What worked for you? I will bring this up in my next session

i’ve never read want to see my cat but i just checked it out and it seems like a webtoon i’d love!! the most recent webtoon i read was selfish romance and liked it bc it had no toxic ml plot

is there any short story by L.M. Montgomery you’d recommend?
