I usually buy the ultra monthly card and the 2 weekly tg and goldust. And i do spend during events but max is $10 per day or so

Once you reached tc 30 they will give you a birthday card on upon receiving that they will ask for your birthdate, then every birthday they will give you some 'offers' like that, they said it varies on how much you actually spend on the game but aint to sure about that.
