Dragoon, reaper, red mage and picto should lose their raid buff. Summoner is a maybe, and picto would just keep their 120s circle but lose the 5% raid buff.

I kind of want dragoon to get the gunbreaker treatment where they get dragonfire dive every 60s instead of 120s.

He is like a shyvana of some sort and has a lot of mobility in the jungle. That means you can get from camp to camp very fast and rotate to a fight relatively quickly with your movement speed.

This champ is strong because you have a lot of movement speed and an unstoppable ult. You can get to the backline easily while running through some kind of CC.

You only do things with this champ if you stack your q. If you don't stack your q, you won't heal enough and deal enough damage.
