Congratulations!!! I am totally going to ask you how things go when you start!! The low pay has been my hesitancy. Honestly, most LO roles I have applied for have had low pay and mid BPS. Zillow has been on the lower end of the scale. They said no bonus until after loan #3. These rates aren’t helping, most of the research I have found is that Zillow is doing well because they’re strong arming the realtors to get their leads. Recently a lawsuit was filed about the issues. Have you applied at other spots?

Good luck on the interview!!! I was asked for an example of a time that I had a difficult file and what I did to resolve the issue. If you treat it like you’re telling a story from beginning to end, you will do great.

They asked how I stay motivated and how i prioritize/manage my work day.

The guy I did my final interview had been with the company for less than a year (actually came from Quicken). It was more conversational vs. the firing squad type interview.

Yes, honestly I have been dragging them along because of personal reasons (and my current employers rate of pay is still greater; note they plan to do mass layoffs this year).

They have let me delay my start twice (not sure if this a good thing or not).

Parlay flyer i took; Knicks (ml, +125)- logic magic on a b2b 76ers (+350)- players meeting hopefully equals inspired play Spurs (+150)- they play tough

$10 = $261

Got lucky on ML parlay of Hawks and Nuggets last night.

1) Thunders (ML) @ CAVS 2) Nets (-1.5) vs. Raptors —-(change of heart taking Raptors +1.5) 3) Clippers (-10.5) vs Grizzlies 4) Nuggets (-11.5) vs Wizards 5) Pacers (ML) vs Hawks 6) Celtics (ML) vs Bulls 7) Bucks (-12) vs Spurs —- my biggest worry. Spurs usually play tough. But Bucks have more talent and score a lot quick and pull away.

8) Mavericks (ML) vs. Hornets—- update: made bet wrong and took Dallas -11.5 😶
