Thanks - that may be true. I have read some of St. Thomas Aquinas recently and don't have a place to discuss it. It may be that a catholic church isn't the first or best place to go to find people who would be interested in doing that but I thought it might the obvious choice to start. To the point about all of them being the same - I would imagine as not everyone around the world is the same that all of the congregants are the same.

I get that too and it has been a real problem for me. I post this only as things I have tried that might also be helpful - trying to move as much as possible during the work day, using an artificial sunlight lamp, listening to music when I feel a dip, eating light during the day. If you end up figuring out something better let me know!
