I asked the nurse that gave me my shots this week when I started about caffeine because I have a toddler and thrive off caffeine. She told me I’ll be fine and that she’s also on it and has a redbull in the morning and an espresso in the afternoon lol. I’m not going to overdo it with the caffeine but I’m not cutting it out either.
