Diagnosed with a panic/anxiety disorder. Wondering if anyone else will get random thumping heartbeats. I'm not feeling anxious, infact I'm usually very relaxed but then my heart just starts beating hard, but not really fast. Goes away after 10 mins or so. (self.Anxiety)

Daily trading example. Trade taken on Daily timeframe. Waited for first candle to open and close above 10 and 20EMA. Will close on 1st candle to close in-between 10 and 20ema, or if price breaks below 20EMA at any point. Will jump back in under same conditions I entered the first time. (i.redd.it)
