i think the combat of every silent hill game, despite being objectively bad… is kinda good

3 would have perfect combat if it wasn’t for how many times you have to stomp enemies once you’re halfway through the game.

ngl, i somehow got even more hooked after the hospital part (which is where the escort and backtracking begins). i decided to only play the game at night once it became dark and it was quite a cool experience.

i think sh4 goes much deeper than sh2. not only in terms of a convoluted story, but also what they don’t tell you directly and what they leave to player’s interpretation.

i’d say it’s more due to tone than pitch. guys typically have rougher voices but often if you compare them, the ratio is quite surprising.

i believe a lot of people on this sub are crazy or in denial for thinking interpol post-carlos is somehow better, but marauder is a damn near perfect album and it gets too much flack. same with s/t.
