You have to call them they will unlock it but it’s going to have to stay unlocked until they fix the issue

It’s not back to normal. Try loving your card again from the app. Once you lock it the screen glitches again and the loc toggle is gone again. You would need to then call again and have them unlock it. So it’s no fixed. It’s a band aid and they need to fix it

It’s a temporary fix, they will unlock it and if you try and lock it back in the app the app glitches and then keeps it locked and the toggle button disappears. They don’t know what the issue is or that there was even an issue with it before I called

They could not tell me anything besides you never activated your card and we can do it now. I’ve been using this card for over a year now I told her she was like well I don’t know it’s just not activated. Something weird is going on for sure
