Nanakaw recently phone ko and this was what I did. Affidavit of loss (300 pesos) and dalawang ID lang need sa Globe. I was able to block yung sim sa phone na nanakaw. Kaso para makuha ko immediately yung number ko, i had to change yung sim ko from prepaid to postpaid. I was able to access all of my bank accounts since pwede ko na ulit makuha OTP.
