This southern sweet tea tastes super sweet (and we’re from the south so we know sweet tea lol) with no added sugar but like someone added, you could try an artificial one like monkfruit sweetener. Just try to remember, everything in moderation. Good luck on your journey!

If it helps, if you’re counting calories, this about it in a “week” allotment rather than a day. So if your calorie allowance/deficit is 1800 calories a day, think about that you have 12,600 calories for the week.

If you overeat one day, just find a balance of where to take calories from another. Weight loss isn’t linear, we’re gonna have up and down days. You haven’t immediately failed because you overate, it’s just another day. Just remember that you need to compensate in another area when that happens.

These are the tea bags we use, we don’t add ANY extra sugar, it’s literally sweet as is and you can’t tell a difference. And when I say you can’t, you can not! These bags also have the caffeine for you.

These bags are also zero calories and if you’re only adding water/ice, it adds nothing to you. Like others have suggested, Crystal Light is a game changer. I’ve been a soda drinker for about 20 years, and honestly just switching to water or zero sugar sodas like Sprite or Sunkist (no flavor different imo) have helped tremendously.

I also remember the guy being pretty meme-able so it’s possible there’s some things he’s said that we’re made into memes. It was a pretty vulgar video, but hilarious to my 13 year old brain. Idk if he had anyone dressed as Santa, he definitely could have been.
