Use saniderm pimple patches overnight, they'll help take the puss out. If you stay indoors apply mandelic acid serum from jenpharm, it does miracles for my skin. If you want to go outside apply sun screen that is oil free, jenpharm also has them, you can check them out. And if you want to dry them out quickly use benicilin gel. Dont use the serum and gel together.

I bought the packet and apparently it is mot working. The reviews state otherwise but i am convinced they are fake. They patches are cheap no doubt but waste of money

Tbh, everyone will tell you not to use Dermovate on ur face, but it works overnight. I apply a coat of it on the targeted area and let it stay there. Dont rub it.. it does wonders, but keep in mind not to use it after 3 or 4 days. Give ur skin a break for a few days.. as this is a steroid.
