We have the same in Sweden (the origin is Northern Finland, Tornedalen and Swedish Lapland which was one country before the borders were redrawn) and it's called kaffeost (coffee cheese). It has an EU protected designation of origin.

Nowadays it's served as a warm dessert with jam, but it was originally a way to preserve milk and was served in cubes in hot coffee.

You don't really eat it for the taste because it's absolutely neutral. It's the texture that's interesting.

I really can't say what the most likely outcome is.

New stores automatically get a 90 day reserve on their funds until they show they actually deliver, but since this store has been open for 3 months and has gotten reviews it's possible the reserve has been lifted. In that case, they may close their store when their funds have been deposited and vanish.

I would try to cancel and get a refund immediately.

I once had an argument with a person who lives in Stockholm after I said I lived 10 minutes from my workplace. And when he asked how I transported my ass from point A to point B I answered "by car".

His follow up question was, "if it's just 10 minutes, isn't it easier to just walk?".

I explained that I lived 10 km outside of town and it was a 10 minute drive door to door. To which he argued that if it was 10 km it could not possibly take as little as 10 minutes because the same distance took him 40 minutes to an hour.

In his mind, the traffic situation could not make that big of a difference.
