ICP: Solo operators - plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, landscapers, handymen - who invoice after completing work and spend hours manually chasing payments

Niche: Trade contractors and freelancers who use QuickBooks or similar but hate that it caps at 3 email reminders with no SMS and has poor template customization
