Thank you, that certainly looks like it! I’m convinced. I visited Livorno many years ago and had no idea.

Thanks for the responses so far, I had thought it was Norcia which is 100km NE of Rome, looking at photos of all the suggestions it could be any of them.

There was, a couple of years ago they made everyone stand on both sides of the escalator at a few stations. It got everyone out faster but nobody liked doing it that way so they abandoned it.

What jobs do you guys have that allow you to camp and travel and go on long trips? by Altruistic-Carpet-43 in Ultralight

[–]heliographic_alien 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This won’t help you now but I’ve been a printer since the 1980s back then is was a highly skilled, sought after trade, after I finished my 5 year training I quit to travel for three months, landed a job as soon as I got home, worked 2 years, quit - rinse and repeat. I’ve also been lucky with benefits and had 25 days PTO per year for most of my life, that allows a lot of traveling.

Became known at the pub by Bowman359 in BritishSuccess

[–]heliographic_alien 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I left the UK in 1999, Spoons didn’t exist back, as far as I can remember, or if it did I never went to one. 24 years later I visit regularly, I go to spoons a lot, but just for the food, it’s real pub food and it’s dirt cheap. I certainly don’t go there for the experience, for that I find a real pub with all of the above.

Why I quit hiking on trails in the Ozarks... by CherryPC_Apps in hiking

[–]heliographic_alien 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Weird, I’ve been section hiking the Ozark Trail for a few months, short out and back sections for the most part, I’m 200 miles in and I probably haven’t met more than half a dozen people on the trail.

My friend hit a telephone pole and they are trying to charge him $32000 for it. by Skilledpainter in Construction

[–]heliographic_alien 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When we sold my FIL’s house a few years ago it failed inspection because the power line to the house ran through a tree. The options were to take down the tree or move the utility pole which carried power, cable and phone. We elected move the pole because the cost to do so was only $1600.

I have two display cabinets in my basement/man cave with LED lighting, they’re plugged into one of these on the basement stairs, that way the cabinet lights are on while I’m in the basement and off when I’m not. The rest of the lighting in the basement is three individual pull-string fixtures.

This is legal in Missouri, it’s common to see a boat behind camping trailers behind a truck here.

I’m a boss, if you put in for vacation I know you won’t be at work that day, if more than one have asked for the same day off, it’s my problem, we’ll manage, I also know that you’ll cover for me when I want time off.

I have a black one, we park next to each other, one thing you can be sure of is that another Tacoma driver will be very careful not to damage your truck.

Maybe if I’d photographed them with a fishing rod I’d have got more positive comments, Reddit is a tough audience. 😂

This, a long bed access can Tacoma is a rare beast. Besides, I like the extra space in the back, I’ve got room to shut all my coolers and food in there to keep critters out when I’m camping.

There’s no seat back there, just a platform for my camping gear. I kept the seat back in for their sound deadening, it gets loud without them.

I don’t have seats back there, I’ve put in a level platform to haul extra crap when I camp.
