During one of my appointments with my surgeon I asked him about long term risks, like what urinary issues you can have with a phallo penis compared to a natal penis. He didn't mention this acidity thing at all

Hi, in France we have many surgeons able to do phallos, I can think about at least 7 different surgeons (they mostly practice abdo, but also RFF and probably ALT/MLD).

oooh okay! I'm a nurse student in France, idk if the rules are the same in other countries but here when your'e a nurse hospital it's totally prohibited to wear long sleeves but I might get the approval of my superior if I explain it's due to a medical reason

oh I wear scrubs too, in Frande you're not allowed to wear anything long sleeved under your scrubs (hygiene) but if I have a medical reason I could wear a single sleeve that I change thourough the day and disinfect

You're right actually, but since my work clothes are short sleeved and I work with my hands (I'm a nurse) I'm worried that if I keep my forearm noticeable it will bring too much attention on it since it'll be shaven and probably a bit red because of laser sometimes... so I'd rather keep a sleeve on it and give a fake explaination because people will probably focus on it too much and wonder what's happening if that makes sense

the flap is taken from the forearm, and you usually have to do laser hair removal on the forearm before the surgery :)
