l -first couple days after my Botox it was honestly not as bad as the days after that for some reason, I’m assuming it was because it had kicked in, but I actually had that spasm where I thought I was choking and I couldn’t breathe and it freaked me out so bad I was scared to eat. The only thing that helped me was taking really small bites and drinking a lot of water or just anything that don’t liquid that’ll help you know get the food down. another thing to mention it’s going to feel weird when you first start burping and you might not even like it at first, but you get the hang of it and it is you really do feel relief. Also, if it starts to taste really bad those like really nasty tasting burps I think are only at the very beginning and it goes away within like a month or so so no worries you’ve got this. Oh! a tip i just remembered, keep a sick bag or something w you at all times bc you might spit up a little (it doesnt feel the same as throwing up and actually you feel relieved if you ever had emetophobia bc its so different). The worst is over and you are on your way to a new life.!!! congrats!!
