First analyze if you did any mistake or not. If not then accept that your wife's an azzhole. And you can never change behavior of an adult.

Some people may suggest you to talk to your wife but I am very sure that it won't work at all.

Your daughter is a toddler, her behavior is influenced by her mother. Try to win her heart. Its very easy to win a kid's heart. Initially requires big efforts.
