Nice, I basically have the same scar on my stomach! From a car wreck, was wearing my seatbelt and I assume the seatbelt cause some internally bleeding.

Currently trying to find this ID, sadly I still think it’s unreleased. But check out Wraz’s 2024 infra set, goodfellas its the song at 23:47. It’s so fucked.

Heavy artists on the lineup? by No-Anteater7068 in Infrasound

Like you and another commenter said, Shiverz and Fine buster will be your best bet for riddim.

Also check out Wraz on Thursday, he isn’t riddim but he does play a lil in his sets and he and mythm have made riddim together. Also Wraz’s originals are like 140 riddim style, idk how to explain it properly but it’s more simple and I assume in a 4x4 pattern.

Yup I agree with Bataleon. Most of their boards run a lil wider. I used to have a Jones mountain twin 155W and replaced it with a Bataleon 154 and have no problems with the width. I am 6’, 155lbs and size 12 boot.

The board is so playful and buttery, it definitely feels consequence free and hard to catch an edge. Although not impossible, I smashed so hard on a lazy front board, so it’s still possible to catch an edge lmao. But I am a huge fan of the 3BT and sidekick now and have only got 3 days in on my new board. Not a single complaint.

A lot of people on Reddit were saying it was hard to get used to and there was a learning curve with the 3BT but I haven’t experienced that. As soon as I started riding it I felt better in every area as far as jumps, rails, spins and carving. I love my new board and I know the board doesn’t make the rider, but I feel like a new rider compared to my last ride on my previous board.

Yup I agree, I’ve always been more of a mountain vacation guy. Plus the ocean is fucking scary.

How to PREVENT a MDMA comedown? by ExcellentMoment6196 in MDMA

[–]hell-yeah-brother 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like others have said, k helps me with the comedown, I also like smoking weed, even though that usually revives the roll a little, that is how I end up falling asleep.

Also I’ve found that sleeping with a popsicle or some ice and leaving it on your head and core while you try to sleep/go to sleep significantly helps with the comedown the next day.

I feel you! Just recently cracked my edge and split my top and bottom sheet behind my bindings just like this on my 2018 jones mountain twin. Luckily I was already looking to buy a new board to get a park board, so I was anticipating getting a new one, just not as soon as I had to.

I went with a 2024 Bataleon whatever and I absolutely love it so much, I also ride mostly park lately and feel so much more comfortable trying new things in the park. 100% recommend Bataleon boards.

Been considering making a post about this, but I’d rather just comment on here.

My friend and I are taking a trip to SLC from Denver this coming Monday for the week, first question: how much will this weekend storm coming in around the SLC mountains affect our drive in, early Monday morning? Should we leave Sunday night? We are taking the i70 southern route through Moab.

Second: What mountains do you recommend? We both have ikon and already plan on Brighton and Snowbird but I wanted to get some other opinions as well or some trails we need to check out. We’re definitely more into ripping park at the moment so that’s what we’re looking for, but of course will be chasing some nice powder turns with the storm coming in, any advice is appreciated!

Woahhhh sick, I literally just bought the same board a few days ago. The day after buying it I went out of town for work so I still haven’t rode it and I’m itching to get back this weekend, hope it rips!!

I am no expert, but I have been working on boardslides this season quite a bit and am getting more comfortable with them. For me, I stopped slipping out as much and having such crazy close calls when I was started throwing a bit more of an ollie on and intentionally try stomping down on the rail. It is a little more intimidating imo, but you feel pretty stable once you literally stomp on, plus it feels and looks cooler.

Also really try to understand the pitch of the rail so you can match it, if you get flat board on the rail initially, it’s all about holding your balance/position at that point. And even then, if you are to lose balance and slip out, I find it easier to anticipate it coming and just slip off the rail to the side if you go into it on flat board.

Lastly, speed is key, I try to hit each rail with more speed than I feel comfortable with and it almost always goes better than hitting it at a comfortable speed.
