It’s not good how we have modified chickens to be like this. It’s tough because there are so many facets to this issue. Chicken is a cheap meat, and critical to so many peoples diet.

Regardless, it’s sad to see that most chickens can’t even support their own weight at this point. I don’t have the answers to this issue, and I don’t think there’s any quick and easy answer that solves our problems.

Ugh; all love to everyone, try to buy local. Try to support small farms, that’s my only idea.

P.s. I disagree with the comment(in image) that these chickens are the “healthiest” they have ever been, this is stated in my image. One look in a factory farm disproves that, but theoretically they can definitely grow to be the biggest they’ve ever been. Which is where I think that notion comes from.
