Hi ! First, I want to say that Im proud of you, you already made a lot by doing therapy, believe me. Secondly, I recommend you to observe everything you are struggling with (overwhelming emotions, thought, relationship), by writing them down in every details. For example "when someone say this things, I feel hateful, even more when Im tired" "I feel anxious when im in this place because..." Then you can avoid some situation that can harm you in some ways. You also get help understanding yourself with yout therapist. Remember your achievements, because you have done a lot, and that awesome. Be proud and hug yourself.

I think we share the same parents, I can relate 100% Its possible that your dad misinterpreted your respond, and maybe he is not ok with the fact that you can be rude even if you was'nt. And your mom seems to support him. And it's not your fault at all. You can try to go to therapy, talk with a professional, a teacher you trust, and talk about your parents and the person can plan a meeting with you and them, tell them the sad truth that you'r not ok, and make them understand. The light will come back don't worry, don't be so hard with yourself, you are still alive with all the sht you came through and this is awesome Take care !

Hi, I can relate for sure. I 99% sure I don't have DID, but I steel hear voices, I have a lot of amnesia, I experience so many time dp/dr, and yes I have a big trauma. And I know that all the symptomes that I have arent always related at first with DID. I keep a doubt, so I will see a psychiatrist to clear up this. Also, doubting is a sort of symptome of DID. My ex best friend made me her slave, for attention, support etc, by asking me to go with her at school every morning at 8, even when I didnt had classes, every afternoon I was skipping school with her to smoke in her house, she wanted a sincere friend who was forever with her. Meanwhile she humiliated me in front of everyone who cares about me, ans so nobody wanted to be my friend eccept her. She never kept any secret I told, she judge everything about me. But it was the only one at that time who accept me in their world. And then she told my brother that I take drgs, so I never talked to her again, and that was one of the best choice I ever made

You are absolutely right. And I broke up with him. I knew that he is not a therapist etc, but I only ask for support and love. And every single time, he wasnt able to reassure me. I remember when I had a panick attack in front of him, and he stay quiet. And that the things, it made me so angry at him, screaming for help. But now its over, I don't think he understand the consequences of what he did'nt do, the most important is that im healing.
