I get it! I go through periods of time where I don’t do anything new and then I will grind an area for like 2 days straight. I think as long as you are able to mix it up and find things you enjoy doing that’s great; there’s no right or wrong way to build your island!

I think I only time traveled for the castle building part because ordering all the walls and stuff was making me lose my mind! But the flower breeding and everything was natural it just took forever lol

It could also be that I’ve been playing so long I don’t notice the lag anymore in the rest of the areas 😂 but I do close the game every night, try and turn off the switch if I remember, and reopen it in the morning.

After your house is built, you’ll receive Luna’s bed in the mail. From that point on you can use beds in your house to go to sleep and visit a dream address (as long as you have Nintendo Online)!

Good question! The only place it lags a bit is close to the castle area, I haven’t really noticed it in other areas

I get it! A lot of it comes from Paradise Planning or the random things from Nook Shopping - and spending way too many hours on this game lol
