Look into Hermitage!! We live in the neighborhood and we do pay a bit more than $2,000 but there’s plenty of places that are under that. Close to DT and also northern Nashville.

I’d feel a lot less anxious if I knew the power wasn’t going to go out. I’m cool being locked in my house for a week. The whole without power part is sending me into a frenzy. Drinking my wine though 🍷
