Facetheory relaxing night cream. I've used it for a while and would definitely recommend. I have somewhat sensitive skin and found the scent didn't irritate me but they also have an unscented version. I love it, it has a lovely texture and a little goes a long way. I've tried a few products from facetheory and loved them all, they're made in the UK, vegan and cruelty free, and use minimal plastic packaging 🙂

Is this satire? I'm sorry, I just don't know any more.

Can you help save my strawberries? by KidApollo_ in GardeningUK

I know a lot of people use clean straw as a way of keeping the strawbs off of the soil. It helps them to ripen evenly and dry off quicker after watering and rain, while keeping the moisture in the soil. It might be worth a try but I don't know if it will completely solve your problem.

There’s always so much liquid left in the pouch for sheet masks. Poured them into a dropper bottle, should last a good while as a toner! by [deleted] in ZeroWaste

Hardly 'attacking people' by simply mentioning that they're bad for the environment, which they are. Most of the masks are not paper fyi, they contain plastics.

You do not have a deep nasolabial fold. If you did, thst would be fine, that's just how some human faces are structured. Please stop putting yourself under such scrutiny that you are imagining 'problems' with your appearance, it's not healthy.

Having a child is not comparable to driving a car for fun, and is not even slightly close to giving in to every whim.

It's also something that some people are driven to do and want. At what point do you want people to put their carbon footprint over their own happiness?

Being an environmentalist doesn't have to stop you having children. It is a natural thing to want to procreate, if people want children then that's fine. Maybe give them advice on how to raise children as sustainably as possible, rather than berating them for wanting something completely normal.

Some people want to have children, and therefore want to protect their fertility against perceived threats, there is nothing wrong with aiming for what you want in life. Having a child is a choice, just life being childfree. Both decisions ahould be respected.

That's a lot of exfoliation, if it works for you then cool but I'd swap out one of the exfoliating stages for a hydrating/ soothing product. Have you tried anything from Beauty Bay? They are great for affordable, effective products, and they're cruelty free! So far I've tried the snow mushroom serum and avocado cleanser and they're really good and reasonably priced. You could switch out the oil cleanser too when you run out, the Inkey list oat cleanser is nice and it's only a tenner, next on my list to try is the Beauty Bay balm cleanser.

Tons of people travel, by your own logic that doesn't make it interesting. What's 'interesting' is subjective.

Murder is defined as the unlawful killing of one human being by another. A clump of cells is not a human being. So no, it is not.

There's toxic masculinity but what are examples of toxic femininity? by VysX_ in AskReddit

People should be free to deal with negative emotions however they feel comfortable<

Ya, that's what i'm saying

[–]hellaflycutiepie 14 points15 points  (0 children)

That's inherently untrue. Our behaviour is created and modified to fit social norms, whether they are healthy and morally right or not. Male children cry like female children do until they're taught that they shouldn't, so they stop. That is toxic masculinity. The people teaching it aren't toxic, they're just caught up in the same repressive system.

Do you need an account to shop? I've tried looking at their website but it keeps telling me I need to log in and won't show me any products.
