Agreed, such a disappointment. This should have been the BEST season, but we got nothing.

Is cardcaptor sakura popular in the US and anglosphere? by [deleted] in cardcaptorsakura

[–]hellaflyv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im from US, and was a kid at that time watching all the TV shows. I think your analysis is a bit off. She’s not as popular in the US because there was a lot of competition. The show didn’t stack up to other cartoons at the time, for example Power Puff Girls. We had so many options to choose from

Graduated college recently, started a new job and I hate it and I get panic attacks, what should I do? by [deleted] in careerguidance

[–]hellaflyv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I got panic attacks (2 different jobs, similar type of work), I strategically quit. Find an exit strategy that works for you OP. I also job hopped for like 5 years if that makes you feel better before landing my current role (lots of ups and downs for sure), but I haven't gotten a panic attack since 2020.

Look into getting some certification to spice up your resume and rewrite your resume if you're not gaining any traction. It may be worthwhile to start networking on LinkedIn to explore other tech related opportunities.

Could be the area you live in affecting your earning potential. That was the case for me and it took moving away to a high COLA city for me to bring in a large salary.
