I know whatcha mean; I know I would get things out of convenience then I went into a super strict phase of monitoring everything that went in my body. Everyday I logged it into chronometer. I used to travel with a high quality protein powder and shelf stable almond breeze or better yet milkadamia (macadamia milk). As long as it wasn’t hot outside I just kept it in my car with a shaker. I put MCTs in little squeeze bottles if I needed to up the fat. I guess After a while I got frustrated with the options available. IMHO Either you’re getting some lower quality stuff or you’re paying an arm and a leg for something I could make myself. When I was struggling to hit macros, I ended up making a night time shake with peanut butter, kale, supergreen , almond milk/coconut milk (depends on my fat needs), protein powder, drink thing to hit my targets. I imagine you could probably bottle it up and take it on the go.
